Each day we experience a high volume of calls at the office, particularly in the morning. We ask for your cooperation to help improve accessibility by phone. We would like to reserve the first hour our phone lines are open to accommodate urgent requests. Please follow these guidelines when calling our office: 

Call at 9am for: 

- Urgent same/next-day appointment requests 

- Cancelling an appointment for same-day or next-day 

Call AFTER 10AM for: 

- Routine appointment requests

- Other inquiries 

Please note that if you call between 1-2pm you will receive a closed message. Our phone lines are closed daily between 1-2pm for lunch. Please call back at 2pm.
