Frequently Asked Questions

At this time, we are not accepting new patients and we do not have a waitlist for our office. 

If you are in need of a family physician, we encourage you to join two waitlists: 

1) Health Care Connect

2) South Georgian Bay Ontario Health Team (SGB OHT) Waitlist

This list is different from the provincial Health Care Connect list and is only for residents of Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Clearview Township and L9Z postal codes in Blue Mountain. 

You should join both waitlists and neither list requires you to give up your current provider in order to join. If a physician from our office starts to accept new patients, they will be taking them from these waitlists. 

Not all services provided by physicians are covered by OHIP and are referred to as uninsured services. Please see our uninsured services page for more information and to pay your invoice online.  

We do not have an email address for this purpose. If you have forms or paperwork you need completed, you can call our office and we will provide you with instructions on when and how to submit it online. 

Patients must ensure they have completed their portion of all forms - including their information and signatures, or the form will not be completed by the physician.
