Frequently Asked Questions

At this time, we are not accepting new patients and we do not have a waitlist for our office. 

If you are in need of a family physician, put your name on the Health  Care Connect waitlist. Register online or by calling 811. 

You do NOT need to leave your current physician to be on the waitlist. 

If a physician from our office starts to accept new patients, they will be taking them from the Health Care Connect waitlist.

If you do not have a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner anywhere in Ontario, you may visit the Shoreline Health Clinic for temporary health services while you wait to be connected to a Family Doctor. Patients must be residents of Collingwood, Clearview Township, Wasagaa Beach or have a L9Y Blue Mountain postal code. Click here for more information. 

Not all services provided by physicians are covered by OHIP and are referred to as uninsured services. Please see our uninsured services page for more information and to pay your invoice online.  

We do not have an email address for this purpose. If you have forms or paperwork you need completed, you can call our office and we will provide you with instructions on when and how to submit it online. 

Patients must ensure they have completed their portion of all forms - including their information and signatures, or the form will not be completed by the physician.
